- Pre-paid customer? Unfortunately this site does not support pre-paid subscribers at this time.

DOWNLOAD PROCEDURE
- After you purchase your ringtone or image, a text message with a "WAP" URL address will be sent to your phone.
- Open the message, and link to the address to download the content. Downloading should only take a few minutes.
- Once you have downloaded the content, be sure to save it. An order confirmation will be sent to your phone when downloading is complete.
Remember: It can take several minutes for mobile content to arrive.

THE BASICS
What is a Ringtone?
Ringtones are digital files that let you customize the sound your phone makes when you receive a call.
What is the difference between Music Tones and Ringtones?
"Ringtones" is used to refer to polyphonic ringtones. Polyphonic ringtones play a programmed version of a song through a small synthesizer chip on your phone to get the various instrument sounds. They mimic multiple instruments in the song to produce a semi-realistic representation of the song.
Music Tones is used to refer to master music tones. Master tones are an exciting new ringtone format for some mobile phone models. They allow a clip or sample of the actual recording of a song to be played as an alert or ring on your phone!
What are voice and sound ringtones?
Voice ringtones are sound clips with people talking. Sound ringtones are sound effects clips. When formatted for your phone, you can use them to notify you when you receive a call just like you would another type of ringtone.
Is my carrier one that you support?
We currently support a wide range of carriers across the world. For details, see section on ”Carrier Information“.
Can I download animations for my phone?
Animations are not available for all phones. Your phone selection must list "animation" in the supported features.
MOBILE HANDSET DETAILS
How do I know what handset I have?
If you're not sure what type of phone you have, look for the manufacturer and model number under the battery or check your User Manual or documentation on your carrier's website for more details.
Is my cell phone compatible with ringtones?
To download mobile content, your cell phone must be text-messaging and Internet-enabled offered in your subscription plan (T-Zone, M-mode, Vision, etc.). Check your phone's capability in your User Manual or documentation on your carrier's website for more details.
Is my cell phone compatible with Music Tones?
To download Music Tones, your cell phone must have the ability to play them, not all phone have this. Please check your phone's capability in your User Manual or documentation on your carrier's website for more details.
Is my cell phone compatible for voice or sound ringtones?
To download voice ringtones, your specific mobile phone model must have that capability. Although voice and sound ringtones are downloaded the same way as polyphonic ringtones, they require special features on your phone to play back correctly. Not all phones have those features. Check your phone's capability in your User Manual or documentation on your carrier's website for more details.
DOWNLOADING
Why do I need to have text-messaging and Internet enabled?
You will receive your ringtone or image through a text message. Please make sure this is enabled in your mobile carrier service plan. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO DOWNLOAD OUR MOBILE CONTENT WITHOUT THIS CAPABILITY.
Do I need a cable to download my mobile content?
No, all downloads are done over-the-air without the need for any additional accessories.
Can I preview a ringtone or image before downloading it to my phone? Yes. Click on the title next to each listed content item. For images or video, a pop-up box will appear with a larger preview of the image. For ringtones, a pop-up box will appear and click the play symbol to hear the ringtone.
USING MOBILE CONTENT
How do I begin to use my new mobile content?
Every model of phone is unique. If you are having trouble accessing your new downloads, you should refer to your phone model User Manual or visit your carrier's website.
Can I transfer existing mobile content from my current phone to another phone?
Unfortunately downloaded selections cannot be transferred from one phone to another.
Can I assign specific mobile content to phone numbers stored in my phonebook?
You can assign mobile content to callers in your phonebook on some phones. Check your User Manual for more information.
How many ringtones or images can my phone store?
Storage varies based on your specific phone model. Find out your phone's storage capacity by referencing the User Manual.
If your phone's storage capacity is full and you begin to download another item, you will be asked if you want to delete one of the previous downloaded items stored in your phone. Once you delete a ringtone or image, it will be permanently removed from your phone and you'll need to re-purchase and re-download it. If you choose not to complete the new download, you will not be charged for it.
How do I delete content from my phone?
Every model of phone is unique. You should refer to your User Manual for details on deleting mobile content from your cell phone.
Can I send my cool new ringtone or image to all of my friends once I've downloaded it?
No. A ringtone or image can only be downloaded to a single phone model. You can send text messages to friends that invite them to the ringtone website to listen to a certain ringtone or view a special graphic. You are expressly prohibited from transmitting, distributing, reproducing and modifying any ringtone or image downloaded.
Can I download animations for my phone?
Animations are not available for all phones. Your phone selection must list "animation" in the supported features.
BILLING
How do I pay for my new ringtone or image?
We currently support the following four methods of payment (not all methods are supported for each carrier; see carrier info for more details):
- Carrier Direct Billing. The network operator‘s mobile billing system that charges the user directly for usage.
- Premium SMS. A mobile payment system that bills the user upon the receipt of a mobile text message.
- Credit Card. The use of a mobile user‘s credit card for the purpose of paying for downloaded content. All credit card company‘s terms and conditions will apply. Users will need to give their credit card information only the first time.
- Paypal. The user of a mobile user‘s paypal account for the purpose of paying for downloaded content. All paypal‘s terms and conditions will apply. To pay using paypal, simply select ”Other payment methods“ and ”Paypal“, then follow instructions.
NOTE: Pre-paid plans ARE NOT supported at this time.
Will I be charged for downloads that are not completed?
No, you will only be billed for mobile content that has successfully downloaded to your phone.
Can I get a refund if I do not like my ringtone?
Sorry, we only offer refunds on technical issues that we cannot resolve for the consumer.
How will I receive my refund?
Refund will only be granted in form of a credit to your account. No cash refund is provided. You may use the credit towards future purchases from our mobile storefront. The process is automated. For example, if you have a refund credit of $1.99 in your account and you decide to buy a wallpaper for $1.99, you will be asked to ”Pay now“ (from your credits) and no amount will be charged to your carrier‘s invoice, credit card or paypal account.
Will I be charged in U.S. dollars for my purchase?
Mobile download will be billed in your country‘s currency. However, the price listings of all mobile content are listed in U.S. dollars and UK pounds. We will be adding price listing support for more currencies in the future.
I deleted my ringtone/wallpaper. Can I download it again for free?
Yes. If you have deleted a ringtone/wallpaper which you downloaded from our site, you will be able to download it again on the same mobile handset, by going to the ACCOUNT section on our WAP site (m.gocomics.com).
In addition to the cost of the product, are there any additional charges?
Charges will include the price of your product plus applicable taxes. Your carrier may levy additional charges for the following:
- Any airtime spent using your phone to activate an account in your cell phone's browser.
- Any airtime spent browsing the store and/or making a purchase using your cell phone.
- Any airtime spent to download content while on the cell phone.
- A "Transport Fee". This is a network charge in addition to the retail price listed for delivery of your ringtone or graphic. Please know that only the successful delivery of the media you select and purchase will have transport fees applied.
TROUBLESHOOTING
What if my selection didn't download successfully?
First, make sure your phone is on and within the service area. Next, make sure that your phone is text AND Internet capable. If you are still having problems, go to our Support Form and give us more details to look into your issue.
